A graduate of San Francisco State University’s Theatre Arts Program and Anupam Kher’s Actor Prepares in Mumbai, Heren has been in stage productions across the Bay Area and has worked with projects in the Bay’s independent film circuit.

Heren has portrayed a variety of characters such as the title character in Cinnabar Theater’s A Perfect Ganesh. He was also in Indra’s Net Theater’s production of Partition as the mathematical genius Srinivasan Ramanujan. Not too long ago, Heren was cast as the Prince/Peter in Silicon Valley Shakespeare’s production of Romeo & Juliet.

Throughout his career, Heren has set the stage for productions and has entertained a variety of audiences. One of Heren’s greatest highlights as an actor was when a critic told him he was “ultimately convincing,” and that statement ended up being in an article in the San Jose Mercury News.

When he is not acting, Heren loves to meditate and work for his parents’ business in hospitality and management. Heren would love to thank his parents for always being supportive throughout his acting journey, if it were not for them acting would never have been possible…
